Buying Guidelines

Turn Your Children's Clothing Into Store Credit!

Bring us your gently loved children's clothing, shoes, toys, and baby gear, and receive store credit for the items we choose to purchase.

What We're Looking For

We love:

  • Newborn through youth sizes 14/16
  • Current, stylish children's clothing
  • Boutique and name-brand clothing
  • Shoes in good/excellent condition
  • Baby gear and accessories (subject to safety standards)
  • Seasonal clothing that is clean and ready to sell

Items Must Be

✔ Freshly washed
✔ Free of stains, holes, excessive wear, or strong odors
✔ Smoke-free
✔ Free of pet hair
✔ Complete, with all pieces included
✔ In excellent, resale-ready condition

We Currently Accept

  • Everyday children's clothing
  • Outerwear
  • Pajamas
  • Shoes
  • Hats and accessories
  • Swaddles and sleep sacks
  • Select toys
  • Books
  • Baby equipment that meets current safety standards( No Strollers, bassinets, cribs, car seats, pack n plays, swings, activity centers are case by case basis.

We May Decline

  • Out-of-season clothing
  • Clothing with stains, fading, pilling, holes, or missing buttons
  • Recalled or unsafe baby equipment
  • Underwear and used socks
  • Damaged shoes
  • Items with strong smoke, mildew, or perfume odors
  • Large quantities of the same item or brand
  • Items we are currently overstocked on

How Our Buying Process Works

  1. Bring in your clean items.
  2. We'll carefully review them.
  3. We'll make a store credit offer for the items we'd like to purchase either the day of or within 7 days of drop off.
  4. If you accept the offer, you'll receive your store credit immediately.
  5. The accepted items become the property of WillowBee’s and will be priced and sold at our discretion.

Please Note

  • We purchase only the items that best fit our store.
  • We reserve the right to limit the number of items accepted during busy periods.
  • Buying decisions are based on condition, style, season, brand, and current inventory needs.
  • All buyouts are final once store credit has been issued.

Tips for the Best Offer

  • Bring freshly laundered items folded neatly in a tote or basket.
  • Group outfits together when possible.
  • Bring current-season clothing.
  • Include popular brands and boutique labels.
  • Check pockets and remove personal belongings before your visit.
