Consignment

 

Thank you for consigning with Willow Bee Exchange! This is what you can expect when you consign with us!!!

* We take in gently used, like new children’s clothing, shoes and more! Our sizes run from preemie to tween. We also take maternity clothing. All items must be washed and ready to be put on the retail floor.  

*Clothing must absolutely be free from the following:  PET HAIR, stains, rips, damage to design elements or embroidery, excessive wear and tear, or anything that would prevent your clothing from being eligible to be re sold. For example, if you would not want to purchase it for yourself in our store, then those are items that we are unable to accept. Please take the time to double check that there is NO pet hair or dander as we won’t be able to accept your items if so. If any is found, we will need to return your items to you for cleaning first before bringing them back to be eligible for consignment.

* Clothing MUST be freshly washed even if it has been sitting clean in storage.

*Toys, accessories, etc. must be wiped down and cleaned, toys must have all their pieces and have batteries in them ready to work.

* Once you bring your items in, we will do a presort and anything that is a “no thank you” will be given back at that time. If you do not wish to take it back, then we will donate to a local charity. If we can’t get to it day of, we will let you know when we have sorted them and if we have anything to give back then you will have 7 days to pick up your remaining items.

* Please check our list of brands that we do and do not accept on our website so that you know what to expect and can be ready to bring items in.

* Once your items are priced by us, they will be put on the retail floor to sell. When they sell you will get 40% of the selling price as store credit to be used in the store for future purchases.

 *After your items sell and you begin to accumulate credit, an email will be sent to you stating the amount of your credit. Sales of items can take time depending on many factors. Please don’t reach out to us to inquire about sales of your items until at least days has gone by and you haven’t received an email stating you have store credit yet.

*Items we accept: All clothing categories, shoes, accessories, toys, books, and more. Just as us if you have aby questions about an item that you are interested in selling that is not already listed on the website.  

* Only 30-40 articles of clothing at a time per day per consigner.

* Please don’t fold the items. Lay them flat in a medium size bin or bring them in a white plastic garbage bag. Please include first and last name on your bin or bag. If you don’t have a bin or garbage bag that you can bring them in, you can bring items in a bag  

* Prices will be set by Willow Bee Exchange. All discounting will be done at the discretion of Willow Bee Exchange, at any time, keeping in mind the best interest of the consignor.

* Any unsold items that you would like returned must be picked up no later than 7 days after the end of the consignment period. You are responsible for finding items you would like returned.

* Willow Bee Exchange is not responsible for any theft or damage of item while consigning with us. We will protect your items to the best of our ability.

* If we find that any item is damaged that we missed while putting it on consignment we have the right to discount the item or return the item to you.
